Del Mar's housing stock is a split personality: original beach cottages and mid-century homes sitting next to multi-million-dollar rebuilds. Both keep us busy, for different reasons.

Salt air is the silent killer here. Within a few blocks of the ocean, salt corrosion eats outdoor panels, meter cans, and exterior fixtures alive.
